Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the QuFolio app at app.qufolio.com (the “Service”), operated by QuantVitals (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational use only — not investment advice

QuFolio is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves risk, including loss of principal.

Charts, screens, indicators, rankings, summaries, signals, the assistant's replies and anything else the Service shows are tools for your own study. We are not a broker, dealer or investment adviser, and we do not know your circumstances. You alone decide what to trade and bear the results. Past performance, back-tests and simulated results do not guarantee future results.

2. Market data

Market data and company information come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and you should check anything important with an authoritative source before acting on it.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old.
Keep your sign-in email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. Do not share your account or resell access to the Service.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from the app. Unless the app states otherwise, a cancelled plan stays active to the end of the period already paid, and payments are not refunded.
We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
If a payment fails, we may limit your plan until it is paid.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not: copy, scrape or redistribute its data or content in bulk; try to reach parts of it you are not entitled to; interfere with its operation or security; or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Your content

What you create in the Service — layouts, screens, lists, journal entries — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. Where you choose to share something with a group or community, you give its members permission to view and copy it as that feature allows.

7. Our content

The Service, its software, design and the analytics we produce belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email when a change is significant. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, except where your local law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
